How do I cancel or modify my order?

To cancel or modify your order, please send an e-mail to contact@telacstore.com. We will cancel or modify your order if your package has not yet been shipped.

 What are your exchange and return policy?

 All orders must be returned within 15 days of package receipt for a full refund. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that refund is not possible if the products are damaged, show signs of wear or are without original labels and packaging. Upon receipt, returns are processed and refunded within 7 to 10 business days. A confirmation will be sent to you by email.

We do not accept exchanges. Items marked as "on-sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for a return, exchange or merchandise credit.

What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?

In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please inform us immediately. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit. While we do our best to ensure that our website accurately reflects the number of products stored in our warehouse, please note that updates may be delayed during special events, such as end-of-season sales or other promotional sales. In the case of stock shortage if you want to check if a specific item is available or if it will be replenished, please contact our customer service team. She will be happy to help you.

How to pay for my order?

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal. We only invoice you after your order has been shipped. Please click only once on the "Place order" button to avoid multiple authorizations. If an error message appears after clicking on "Place Order", there may be an error on the billing and/or shipping information entered, check that the billing information you entered when you placed your order matches exactly the information your credit card provider has. This information includes the cardholder's name as it appears on the card, billing address, credit card number, expiration date, and CSV code.

What guarantees for your products?

Telacstore offers a one-year warranty for all products purchased on telacstore.com. We will be happy to manage additional repairs for problems resulting from manufacturing defects recognized/approved by the company within this one year . Please note that our repair warranty does not cover general wear and tear, or defects that occur on products sold more than one year ago.
